RICS Level 3 Survey Report
This is the most detailed option available - also known as the Building Survey. It is suitable for most properties, and especially recommended for older homes, larger properties, those needing renovation, or properties that have been, or are due to be, extended.

This is used to determine a property's market value, using a combination of market research and an inspection of the home. It is carried out by an independent and qualified RICS Registered Valuer.
